Since then I've led product at Klaus, innovation at OIXIO, and most recently was Staff Product Manager at Pactum AI — one of Europe's most AI-savvy startups — building their autonomous negotiation platform. Outside of work, I'm a sailing judge for the Estonian Yachting Union, mentor startups at Creative Destruction Lab Estonia, and run Sailibre.
